Grant of License: TXVXN grants you a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the samples in your original music productions upon purchase and download of our sample packs.

Royalty-Free Usage: The samples provided by TXVXN are 100% royalty-free for all uses, with the exception of major label placements. You are permitted to use the samples in your music projects, including commercial releases, without incurring additional royalty fees.

Major Label Placements: The royalty-free usage does not extend to major label placements. In the event that you secure a placement with a major record label, such as Universal Music Group, Sony Music Entertainment, Warner Music Group, or any other major label, you must enter into a separate licensing agreement with TXVXN for the use of our samples in that specific project.

Prohibited Uses:

Reselling, distributing, or sharing our sample packs in their original or modified form is strictly prohibited.Any use of the samples that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of TXVXN or any third party is not allowed.The samples may not be used in projects that promote hate speech, violence, or any illegal activities.

Ownership and Intellectual Property: All samples provided by TXVXN are the exclusive property of TXVXN. Your use of the samples is licensed, not sold, granting you limited rights to use the samples in accordance with these terms.

Disclaimer: TXVXN is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from the use or inability to use our sample packs.

Termination: This license is effective until terminated. TXVXN reserves the right to terminate this license at any time if you violate any of these terms.

Changes to Terms: TXVXN reserves the right to update or modify these terms without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
